_This applies to Wonoloers who earned $600 or more in a tax year from 1099 jobs completed through the Wonolo app. This page shares process information only. It isn’t tax, accounting, or legal advice._

**Short answer**
Your 1099-NEC shows nonemployee compensation (your 1099 earnings) and payer/recipient details. Your total 1099 amount generally appears in Box 1: Nonemployee compensation.

**Where your earnings appear**

The total amount paid for completed 1099 jobs sourced through the Wonolo app for the tax year will most likely be in Box 1: Nonemployee compensation. On a 1099-NEC form, this is what it will look like:

**Other fields you may see**

PAYER’s name, address, and TIN

Wonolo’s legal name, address, and TIN as listed on your 1099-NEC.

RECIPIENT’s name, address, and TIN

Your legal name and mailing address on file, and your SSN used for tax reporting. For security, the 1099-NEC shows only the last four digits of your SSN; the full number isn’t shown in the app.

Account number

Internal reference used by the payer (for example, your Wonoloer ID). This helps us identify your account and isn’t something you need to act on.

For other boxes not listed here, see the [form instructions](https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i1099mec) for definitions.
