Most payments arrive within 1–5 business days once your payment is processed. For most jobs, processing starts after the Requestor approves the job (and adjusts hours for hourly jobs). For some jobs, processing starts ~24 hours after you mark the job Complete, which will be reconciled with the approved hours or posted flat amount after approval.

After we send your payment, the posting is handled by your bank and usually happens on business days. Weekends and bank holidays may push it to the next business day.

Payments are sent via ACH to the destination you set in the app (bank account or, where available, an eligible debit card).

If you change your payment method while a payment is being processed, that payment will still go to the previously selected destination. Your update applies to future payments.
