If a Wonoloer materially breaches the [Wonolo Terms of Use](https://www.wonolo.com/terms/) and/or other policies relating to their use of the Wonolo platform or performance of any jobs accepted through the Wonolo platform, Wonolo may deactivate their account.

Examples of potential violations of the above include, but are not limited to, an excessive number of no-shows, or verified Trust & Safety incidents.

An email will be sent to you regarding the details of your account deactivation.
